Description of Outside Sales Rep
- Sell an extensive range of outdoor power, tractor, and construction equipment to customers in designated territories
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our equipment
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to maintain a competitive edge
- Full time, direct hire position
Requirements of Outside Sales Rep
- Previous experience in outside sales, preferably in the outdoor equipment industry
- Proven track record of success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and goals
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within assigned territories
- Must pass a drug screen, motor vehicle report and a criminal background check
- Reliable work history with good references required
Compensation of Outside Sales Rep
- $60K initial salary, then commission salary $80K-$120K estimated
