Abbey Placements is looking for an outside sales rep for an equipment company in the Princeville, IL area.

Description of Outside Sales Rep

  • Sell an extensive range of outdoor power, tractor, and construction equipment to customers in designated territories
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our equipment
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to maintain a competitive edge
  • Full time, direct hire position

Requirements of Outside Sales Rep

  • Previous experience in outside sales, preferably in the outdoor equipment industry
  • Proven track record of success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and goals
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within assigned territories
  • Must pass a drug screen, motor vehicle report and a criminal background check
  • Reliable work history with good references required

Compensation of Outside Sales Rep

  • $60K initial salary, then commission salary $80K-$120K estimated
