ABBA Project Management is Hiring a Construction Project Controls Systems Analyst Near San Diego, CA

This position serves as a subject-matter expert for the San Diego Unified School District Facilities Planning and Construction department’s software information systems division. Additionally, this position provides direct support and technical assistance to various other business processes.

Responsibilities

  • Working with Program Controls and Post Award Contracts staff to ensure correct SACS cost coding and payment request processing of Contractor and Vendor invoices.
  • Writing SQL queries, creating and modifying Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise reporting, in support of all FPC database needs.
  • Creating and developing Oracle Primavera based dashboard reports.
  • Ability to understand and create reports for Earned Value Management, and quantifying cost and schedule risks for projects. Analyze data and ensures that data are accurately posted in the organization’s cost and schedule systems.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years’ experience with SQL, database management, and server management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, management information systems or equivalent work experience.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Primavera Contract/Project Management, and Oracle Primavera Unifier.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Primavera Certified trainer, AACEI affiliation, and/or PMI Affiliation a plus.
