Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Director to join our team. As a Program Director, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our program, including budgeting, relationship management, administrative tasks, and program development. Duties:
- Develop and implement program goals, objectives, and strategies
- Manage program budgets and ensure financial sustainability
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including clients, families, community partners, and funding sources
- Supervise program staff and provide guidance and support as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Monitor program outcomes and make necessary adjustments to improve effectiveness
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in program management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in social work or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Proven experience in program management, preferably in the field of behavioral health or working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Strong budgeting skills and ability to effectively manage resources
- Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
- Ability to supervise and motivate a team of professionals
- Knowledge of program development principles and strategies
- Familiarity with regulations and compliance standards in the field of behavioral health

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $34.00 - $42.00 per hour
