The Manager, Data Integration is responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and management of data solutions using the Azure technology stack. This role is critical in ensuring the integrity, security, and seamless integration of data across various platforms within Abax Health.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Azure Data Factory Creation: Design, implement, and manage data workflows and pipelines using Azure Data Factory to facilitate efficient data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
• Azure Infrastructure & Maintenance: Oversee the Azure cloud infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and scalability. Manage regular maintenance schedules and updates.
• Azure Security and Compliance: Implement and monitor security protocols across all data services, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices in data security.
• Azure AI and Machine Learning: Utilize Azure AI and Machine Learning tools to develop predictive models and intelligent data solutions, enhancing decision-making and operational efficiency.
• Azure Automation: Implement automation solutions using Azure Automation and PowerShell to streamline workflows and reduce manual overhead.
• Azure DevOps: Manage CI/CD pipelines and version control systems within Azure DevOps to support seamless development, testing, and deployment of data integration solutions.
• PowerShell Automation: Write and maintain PowerShell scripts for automating tasks across Azure services, improving system management and operational tasks.
• PowerPlatform: Develop and manage workflows using PowerPlatform to enhance process automation across business operations.
• SSiS Package Maintenance and Migration: Maintain and migrate existing SSIS packages, ensuring they are optimized for performance and compatibility within the Azure environment.
• Data Analytics & Analysis: Oversee the analysis and interpretation of complex data sets to provide actionable insights and support strategic decision-making.
• Data Ingestion and Conversion: Manage the ingestion and conversion processes to ensure accurate and efficient handling of data into the system.
• Data Strategy and Stratification: Develop and implement comprehensive data strategies that align with organizational goals, including data categorization and stratification to support targeted analysis and reporting.
• PowerBI and Dashboarding: Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards in PowerBI to visualize data analytics, aiding in the clear communication of insights and outcomes.
• Predictive Modeling: Employ statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms to create predictive models that forecast trends and outcomes relevant to healthcare operations.
• Return on Investment (ROI) Analysis: Evaluate the financial impact of technology and data projects, ensuring each initiative delivers a positive ROI and aligns with strategic business objectives.

Preferred Qualifications/Experience:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Equivalent experience can be substituted for educational qualifications, especially with a proven track record in relevant technical roles and demonstrated expertise in the required skills and technologies.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in healthcare data.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and executing technology strategies that drive business growth and innovation.
• Experience in evaluating and implementing emerging technologies and trends.
• Experience in digital transformation, including the adoption of cloud technologies.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and compliance requirements.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Strong project management skills with a focus on delivering results on time and within budget.
• Ability to work with data, perform analysis, and present insights through visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI can be important for data-driven decision-making.
• Understanding cybersecurity concepts and best practices is crucial to protect an organization's data and systems from threats and vulnerabilities.
• Knowledge of networking principles, including routing and network architecture
• Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts can be beneficial in industries where these technologies play a significant role, such as data science or predictive analytics.
• Knowledge of software development methodologies like Agile, Scrum.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
