- Assess individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities using curricular, standardized, and functional behavior assessments. Write treatment plans with individualized goals and objectives and monitor progress based on data.
- Conduct face-to-face team meetings with caregivers and technicians on a regular basis to monitor progress and treatment integrity of the intervention.
- Build and maintain positive family/caregiver relationships by coaching and training families on current goals for their child.
- Have an active certification as a BCBA.
- At least 1 year working with children with disabilities
- A team player with a positive attitude and passion for helping individuals with disabilities.
- Experience assessing individuals and writing treatment plans; monitoring progress by analyzing data.
- Meet the BACB supervision requirements
- A leader who wants to provide continued supervision to their technicians
- You’ve been complimented on your communication, time management and problem-solving skills
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced setting while meeting the needs of clients, families, and team members.
