- Maintain accurate vehicle data with Maximo for Fleet, along with running various Maximo reports.
- Prepare parts reports.
- Work order input.
- Maintain accurate & up-to-date vehicle files.
- Prepare accounts payable submissions to Shared Services for approval by BU Fleet Manager.
- Maintain A/P vendor list.
- Annual Safety training. Local vehicle licensing & distribution of registrations.
- Prepare necessary purchase orders.
- Reconcile P-card statements.
- Other general clerical duties: Telephone and Filing.
- High School Diploma required.
- Two (2) Years PC experience required.
