Position Title: Production Team Lead II
Location: Chicago, IL
Work Hours:
Monday Friday
Schedule & Shift flexibility required
Weekend Coverage 3x Per Month
Onsite role
Description:
This candidate will primarily be working WEEKEND shifts, but schedule flexibility is a must.
Candidates will be leading a team of 11-21 production associates day-to-day.
Candidates will almost entirely be working on the bakery production floor - this is not a desk/office role.
Candidate experience in manufacturing, production, or logistics is a CRITICAL.
Looking to convert high-performing candidates at the conclusion of this assignment.
Education / Certifications:
High School Required
Bachelor's degree complete or incomplete / Specialization on Business Administration or Manufacturing Management preferred.
Microsoft Office Intermediate Excel
Manufacturing tracker Systems
IL6S / TPM preferred.
SAP preferred.
