Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our legal team. The Paralegal will provide support to attorneys by conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and assisting with case management. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and a solid understanding of legal procedures and terminology.

Duties:
- Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases
- Assist with drafting and reviewing legal documents, such as contracts, pleadings, and briefs
- Interview clients and witnesses to gather necessary information
- Organize and maintain case files and documents using document management systems
- Assist attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and depositions
- Coordinate with external parties, such as court personnel, opposing counsel, and expert witnesses
- Perform administrative tasks, including data entry and scheduling appointments

Requirements:
- Proven experience working as a Paralegal or similar role
- Strong knowledge of legal procedures, terminology, and principles
- Proficiency in conducting legal research using resources such as Westlaw
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proficient in using document management systems
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $21.82 per hour
