- Develop, implement, and maintain identity and access management solutions for the organization.
- Design and implement access controls, authorization rules, and role-based access policies.
- Ensure that IAM systems meet business requirements and comply with regulatory standards such as HIPAA, PCI-DSS, GDPR.
- Implement & maintain Single Sign-on (SSO) and multi-factor authentication (MFA) solutions.
- Develop & maintain user provisioning and de-provisioning processes.
- Collaborate with IT Development, Operations, & Security teams to integrate IAM systems into existing infrastructure.
- Document and present technical architecture and design with a focus on architectural standards, growth, performance, flexibility, reliability, scalability, and security.
- Conduct periodic access reviews and audits to ensure compliance with policies and standards.
- Provide support and troubleshoot issues related to IAM systems.
- Designing and implementing role-based access policies leveraging Active Directory, Azure AD, & Intune.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging IAM technologies and best practices.
- Through continuous improvement, recommend enhancements and help define the strategy to ensure IAM services align with business goals.
- Partner with application owners and leaders to address business and technical issues involved in deploying, governing, and extending identity services.
- You have a bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- You have 5 years of experience in Identity and Access Management
- You have IAM certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CCSP are desirable.
- You are Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator
- You are Okta Certified Administrator
- You have Experience with IAM technologies such as Active Directory, Azure AD, and Okta is required.
- You have Experience with privileged access management (PAM) solutions such as CyberArk, BeyondTrust, and Okta.
- You have Experience with Local Administrator Password Solutions (LAPS)
- You have Experience building Single Sign-on (SSO) and multi-factor authentication (MFA) solutions using Okta and Azure AD.
- You have Experience with IAM automation utilizing Okta Workflow and Azure AD Dynamic Groups.
- You have Experience with Mobile Device Management and Mobile Application Management using Microsoft Intune.
- You have In-depth knowledge of authentication protocols such as SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
- You understand security principles and regulatory compliance requirements.
- You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- You have excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- You are able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
