Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Data Entry Clerk. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining data into our databases and systems. This is a crucial role that ensures the integrity and accuracy of our data.

Responsibilities:
- Enter data into databases and maintain accurate records
- Verify data for completeness and accuracy
- Update and correct any errors or discrepancies in the data
- Perform regular data backups to ensure data integrity
- Generate reports and summaries based on the entered data
- Assist with order entry and processing tasks
- Provide administrative support as needed

Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel
- Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy
- Basic math skills for data calculations
- Familiarity with databases and data entry processes
- Excellent organizational skills to manage large volumes of data
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Experience with pivot tables is a plus
- Strong file management skills
