ABACUS Recruiting is Hiring a Corporate Accountant Near St. Louis, MO
Rapidly growing company in Richmond Heights is adding another Accountant/Analyst to their team. Responsibilities:
- Work closely with a client liaison to fully service a select group of clients.
- Prepare and examine accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports.
- Record, document and reconcile financial transactions accurately.
- Process invoice payments and transfers.
- Develop, analyze and audit budget reports for spending insights and trends.
- Create new processes to improve financial efficiency.
- Manage process to ensure proper insurance coverage.
- Prepare and maintain client forms and coordinate tax documents for filing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant degree with at least two years of accounting, finance or relevant experience. (Required)
- Demonstrated knowledge of the requirements of technical accounting, consolidation, financial reporting and tax filing prep.
- Understanding the fundamentals of GAAP.
- Experience with current computer accounting programs and reporting tools
- Detail and deadline-oriented
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
