Manage E-commerce platforms such as Doordash, Postmates, Freshop, and Shophero. Coordinate with Store/Grocery Managers regarding online orders, troubleshoot app issues. Execute site tests to improve customer shopping experience. Lead online customer relations. Work with Marketing Team in drafting and executing promotional campaigns. Manage loyalty program platform. Ensure loyalty campaigns are properly implemented to increase customer engagement and retention. Work closely with the Point-of-Sale Reseller. AppCard and store management in project implementation.
