CNC Machinist: We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team. This successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining high-quality production of CNC machined product utilizing both Mill and Lathe. You should be able to read blueprints, drawings, and have knowledge of machining processes, materials, tooling, and inspection tools.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• 1. Operate Haas CNC Mills and Lathes to produce high quality parts eg..turning, milling, boring, tapping, threading, slotting, etc..
• 2. A minimum of 2 years experience
• 3. Strong blueprint reading and able to interpret drawings
• 4. Perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance on production
• 5. Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure the quality and accuracy of parts. eg..knowledge of basic shop math, geometry, trigonometry for determining speeds/feeds, part reference points, and making necessary offsets.
• 6. Inspect finished parts to ensure the quality and accuracy of parts
• 7. Excellent interpersonal skills and oral and written communication skills
• 8. Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high quality work
• 8. Maintain a lean, clean, and organized workspace.

Required experience:

• CNC Mill and Lathe: 2 years
• Perform mathematical calculations as necessary to establish radii, angles, contours, and proper measuring etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
