Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to work in a school setting. The ideal candidate will work with individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly autism, providing diagnostic evaluations, patient assessments, and implementing Applied Behavior Analysis techniques.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement Applied Behavior Analysis interventions to address behavioral challenges
- Provide ongoing data collection and analysis to monitor progress
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for patients
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of patient progress
Requirements:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities
- Proficiency in diagnostic evaluation and patient care
- Strong skills in data collection and analysis
- Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and families
- Excellent medical documentation skills
