Job Title: Board-Certified Behavior Analyst

ABA Life Center expects our staff to:

  • Construct and implement a strong and consistent ABA program
  • Work in alliance with behavior technicians and parents to develop meaningful and individualized programs
  • Provide quality supervision and train staff through BST (e.g., training, modeling, rehearsing, and giving/receiving feedback)
  • Be experienced at addressing challenging behaviors (e.g., aggression, elopement, self-injury, etc.)
  • Be experienced with writing insurance-funded treatment plans
  • Be experienced with the peer-to-peer review process and have experience with appealing rejected service denials

Responsibilities:

  • Supervising a team of behavior technicians implementing skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs
  • Supervising BCBAs in the development and refinement of programs
  • Observing and analyzing skill acquisition/behavior graphs to determine if program modifications are needed
  • Conducting a variety of assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, etc.) to guide the direction and determine appropriate goals for clients
  • Training parents on skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs
  • Creating treatment plans and skill acquisition programs for clients
  • Writing thorough progress reports and reauthorization reports
  • Regularly monitoring staff and program implementation to ensure high levels of procedural integrity
  • Reviewing session notes created by staff to ensure they are comprehensive and in line with company standards

Qualifications:

  • Masters Degree
  • BCBA Certification (required)
  • Experience working with children and/or young adults diagnosed with autism for at least 5 years.
  • Experience implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) for at least 4 years.
  • Experience working in the home and center setting (preferred)

Pay: $80,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
