ABA Kids Connection, Inc is Hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Near Brandon, FL

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. As a BCBA, you will work with children and individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) to provide behavioral health services and develop effective treatment plans. Your expertise in applied behavior analysis (ABA) will be instrumental in improving the lives of those you serve. Duties: - Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify behavioral needs and develop individualized treatment plans - Implement evidence-based interventions based on ABA principles to address challenging behaviors and promote skill development - Provide direct supervision and training to behavior technicians and other team members - Collect and analyze data to evaluate progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans - Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure continuity of care - Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations - Stay current with research and best practices in the field of ABA Requirements: - Valid certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Experience working with children or individuals with autism or related developmental disabilities - Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques - Familiarity with medical terminology related to behavioral health - Proficient in data collection and analysis methods - Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
