Job Description

AB World Food Market, a leading provider of diverse food products, is seeking a diligent and reliable Warehouse Helper to join our team.

As a Warehouse Helper, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse facility.

Responsibilities :

Organize products within the warehouse according to established procedures.

Inventory Management : Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records by conducting regular counts and reconciling discrepancies.

Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure proper stock rotation and storage.

Picking and Packing : Fulfill customer orders by accurately picking items from shelves, packing them securely, and preparing them for shipment.

Ensure orders are processed efficiently and in a timely manner.

Quality Control : Conduct quality inspections on incoming and outgoing products to ensure they meet company standards. Report any quality issues or damages promptly.

Safety and Cleanliness : Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Keep the warehouse clean and organized at all times, including sweeping floors, removing debris, and disposing of packaging materials.

Equipment Operation : Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently. Conduct routine maintenance checks and report any malfunctions or damages.

Collaboration : Work closely with other warehouse staff and departments to facilitate smooth operations. Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to coordinate tasks and address any concerns.

Requirements

Requirements :

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a warehouse or similar environment preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects safely.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Basic computer skills for inventory management.
• Forklift certification is a plus.
