We are seeking a Nashville based Programmer Analyst to join our Development Team in Derivatives IT. Derivatives IT supports all core functions behind Derivatives middle office functions. This involves trade capture, settlement, valuation and risk calculations, reporting to many constituents such as banks, internal portfolio accounting systems, client risk and statement reporting systems. The department configures, tests, customizes vendor software and builds/enhances proprietary software. The Derivative Technology Team is responsible for supporting and providing advanced tools to analyze, book, price, and risk manage a broad spectrum of products and assets used by the various Investment teams. In addition, this team supports Fixed Income, Equity, Commodity, and Currency OTC derivatives used throughout the firm's portfolio management, trading, and operations. Members of the Derivative Technology team play critical roles in the firm’s success by providing proprietary technology solutions and supporting vendor applications which assist in complex investment decision-making, streamline trading, reduce operational risk, and improve efficiency. The Programmer Analyst will be responsible for the IT support for the users of our Broadridge Securities Financial and Collateral Management platform across multiple business lines and will develop code on multiple ongoing and new initiatives related to repo trading and OTC collateral management functions. Success in this position requires a solid understanding of a broad range of technology solutions. Describe the applications and business or enterprise functions the role supports: Support Broadridge Security Financing and Collateral Management (fka 4sight) vendor software including customizations, and interfaces to many applications at AB in many departments.
