team members and investment in our people team, we seek to add (3) People Business Partners to join us. We don’t
have an office building. All the shared services team members work remotely from their own home office within their
market.

Job Summary:
An energetic, creative, and passionate for success individual will act as a collaborative People Business Partner to the
operations, proactively partnering with people-related strategy and decisions. Comprise of compensation design, talent
development, retention, engagement, performance, and complex team relations items while providing high-level support
in the administration of a people program.
