Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced English as a Second Language (ESL) Teacher to join our team. As an ESL Teacher, you will be responsible for providing high-quality language instruction to adult learners. Your role will involve creating engaging lesson plans, implementing effective teaching strategies, and assessing student progress. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and a strong background in ESL instruction.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging and interactive lessons to adult learners
- Utilize learning technology and classroom resources to enhance instruction
- Implement effective classroom management techniques to create a positive learning environment
- Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the diverse needs of students
- Provide individualized instruction and support to students as needed
- Assess student progress through regular evaluations and assessments
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop curriculum and instructional materials
- Provide teacher coaching and support to improve instructional practices
- Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment for all students
- Stay up-to-date with current trends and best practices in ESL education

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Certification in TESOL or TEFL (or equivalent)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching ESL, preferably with adult learners
- Strong knowledge of language acquisition theories and methodologies
- Experience working with students from diverse cultural backgrounds
- Familiarity with learning technology and its integration into the classroom
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively manage a classroom and engage students in the learning process
- Knowledge of literacy education, special education, or tutoring is a plus
