Requirements:

• Medicaldegree from an accredited medical school.
• BCor BE in Family Medicine.
• Completionof an accredited family medicine residency program
• Completionof an accredited residency program required
• Completionof a Sports Medicine fellowship required (for those that intend to practiceSports Medicine and Family Medicine)
• Forspecialty physicians - completion of an accredited fellowship program specificto medical specialty
• Validstate medical license to practice in North Carolina
