Details:
- Conducting assessments: You willconduct mental health assessments to evaluate a client's condition, includingtheir psychological, social, and emotional well-being.
- Developing treatment plans: Basedon the assessment, you will create a personalized treatment plan that may includetherapy, counseling, and other interventions.
- Providing therapy: You willprovide individual, family, and group therapy sessions to help clients workthrough their issues and develop coping strategies.
- Case management: You may alsoassist clients with accessing community resources, such as housing, food, andhealthcare.
- Advocacy: You will advocate forclients' needs and rights, working to ensure they receive appropriate servicesand support.
- Record-keeping: You will maintainaccurate and confidential records of clients' treatment, progress, and casemanagement
Requirements:
- Education: You must have a master'sdegree in social work (MSW) from an accredited program.
- Clinical experience: You must haveat least two years of clinical experience under the supervision of a licensedclinical social worker (LCSW).
- Licensure: You must hold acurrent, active license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker(LICSW) from the New Hampshire Board of Mental Health Practice.
