Compensation: $130,000 – $165,000 (Salary range applies to full time candidates)

Details:

• Provide highquality, comprehensive, professional clinical care to patients according toestablished standards, protocols, and practices.
• Take detailedmedical histories, assess medical conditions, and interpret findingsaccurately.
• Communicateeffectively with patients, peers, and other stakeholders both orally and inwriting.
• Maintain timely,thorough, and accurate written clinical documentation.
• Make evidence-basedclinical decisions and comply with department and organizational qualitymeasures.
• Provide culturallycompetent care to a diverse patient population in a collaborative environment.
• Utilize electronichealth records and other computer systems proficiently.
• Perform otherduties as assigned. 

Requirements:

• Graduation from anaccredited school of nursing.
• Valid State ofConnecticut licensure.
• DEA and statenarcotic registration, or eligibility to obtain.
• Minimum of 1 yearexperience working in an ambulatory setting or providing urgent care(preferred).
• Ability to pass apre-employment background check and drug screen.
