Seeking an Assistant Director, Admissions PRI Nurse who will reportto the Director of Admissions, the Assistant Director plays a pivotal role incoordinating, evaluating, and facilitating referrals for potential admissions. Serving as a liaison between nursing homes,hospitals, and community agencies, this position ensures a seamless transitionin the admissions process. The Assistant Director reviews clinicaldocumentation, completes pre-admission assessments, and coordinates all aspectsof the admissions process with the interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications:

· Graduate of Accredited Nursing Program(s).

· Previous experience in post-acute admissionsprocesses required.
