Responsibilities:

• Spin, Move, and Display Signs: Present signs in a professional and engaging manner with tricks, dancing, or smiling and waving.
• Follow Instructions: Adhere to instructions and guidelines provided by your GMs and SPIN-structors.
• Positive Attitude: Maintain a positive attitude and friendly demeanor while representing the company.
• Visibility Matters: Ensure that signs are visible and attract attention from passersby.
• Stand Proud: Stand for extended periods while spinning/holding signs.
• Safety First: Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations while performing sign-spinning duties.

Requirements:

• Reliability: Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Smartphone: *****A smart phone with a data plan is required!*****
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with your manager, team, and passersby.
• Physical Stamina: Physical stamina to stay actively moving throughout your shift.
• Professionalism: Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Must Have a License/Vehicle: Some locations aren't accessible by public transit (those without a license are still encouraged to apply).
