Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to join our team as a Medical Scribe. As a Medical Scribe, you will work closely with a very busy healthcare professional to accurately document patient encounters and assist with medical record management. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual interested in gaining hands-on experience in the medical field.

Responsibilities:
- Accurately transcribe medical documentation, including patient histories, physical examinations, procedures, and treatment plans
- Maintain organized and up-to-date medical records
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and complete documentation
- Assist with data entry and retrieval of patient information
- Follow established protocols and guidelines for medical documentation
- Provide administrative support to healthcare professionals as needed

Experience:
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology
- Familiarity with medical office procedures and practices
- Proficient typing skills and ability to accurately transcribe information in real-time
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience as a Medical Scribe or similar role is preferred but not required
