**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing invoices and cash receipts daily.

**Duties:**

- Process daily invoicing by calculating freight charges, recording shipping details; as well as confirming billing, shipping and terms for accuracy

- Update e-mail address for sending invoices as required

- Prepare bank deposits

- Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted

- Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or irregularities

- Generate reports detailing accounts receivable status from computer system

**Requirements:**

- Some experience as an Accounts Receivable Clerk helpful but not required

- Knowledge of basic accounting principles including debits/credits and account reconciliation

- Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

- Accurate typing and data entry skills
