Job Description
The Automotive Preventive Maintenance Associate is responsible for informing guest about their routine maintenance and manufacture recommendations on variety of vehicles to ensure they continue to run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires a strong understanding of vehicle systems, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and fluid checks.
Inspect vehicles for potential issues and recommend necessary repairs or preventive maintenance.
Replace air filters, cabin filters, wiper blades, and other consumables.
Check and top off fluid levels including engine oil, transmission fluid, brake fluid, and coolant.
Inspect and maintain tire pressure, tread depth, and alignment.
Conduct battery tests and replacements.
Ensure all maintenance and repair work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Use diagnostic tools to identify and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues.
Communicate effectively with customers about their vehicle's condition and any recommended maintenance or repairs.
Keep the work area clean and organized.
Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
