Job Summary:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Home Health Aides, Personal Care Aides, or Companions. As a Home Health Aide, you will provide essential care and support to individuals in their homes, assisting them with daily activities and ensuring their well-being.

Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care assistance to clients, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring the safety of clients
- Medications reminders
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Document care provided and maintain accurate records

Skills:
- Experience in caregiving or working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred
- Knowledge of basic medical terminology
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain client confidentiality
- Ability to provide dementia care and support for clients with memory impairments
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow care plans accurately
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the home environment

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel between client locations
- Successful completion of a state-approved Home Health Aide training program or similiar
- CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Must pass a background check

Pay: $13.00 - $17.00 per hour
