What You'll Do :

Your responsibilities will include :

• Sales Excellence : Consistently up-sell and cross-sell AAA products such as new memberships, credit cards, and insurance referrals.
• Travel Planning : Assist members in planning domestic travel vacations, including car rentals, hotels, vacation packages, maps, tour books, and triptiks.
• Customer Service : Answer incoming overflow calls for Roadside Assistance during peak call volumes, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.

Minimum Qualifications :

• Sales Savvy : Bring a minimum of six (6)months of sales or customer service experience to the table, demonstrating your ability to drive results and exceed expectations.
• Communication Skills : Showcase effective written and oral communication skills, essential for engaging customers and articulating the value of AAA memberships.
• Tech Proficiency : Navigate multiple websites and programs with ease, demonstrating proficiency in computer skills essential for multitasking in a fast-paced retail environment.
• High School Diploma / GED : A minimum educational requirement to join our team.
• Satisfactory Background : Must maintain a satisfactory criminal history and meet all state-specific legal requirements for this position both before and after hire
