As an Insurance Agent at AAA Washington, you will be building relationships and providing customized personal, life and commercial insurance services to individuals and businesses throughout Washington and northern Idaho. With over 1.2 million members AAA members, you will have the opportunity to reach out to our members to make sure they are protected when they need it most. QUALIFICATIONS
· High School Diploma or equivalent.
· Possess or be able to obtain a Washington State Property & Casualty, Life & Disability Insurance license.
· Sales experience and proven track record is a plus.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
· Sell and make recommendations on all insurance products offered by the carriers represented by AAA Insurance Agency
· Develop sales opportunities through the use of the Lead Management, Membership system, and other lead sources while increasing overall sales and the percentage of member households purchasing AAA Insurance products.
· Identify, evaluate, and provide resolutions to customer’s insurance needs.

SALARY RANGE
Insurance Agent Class A:
Hourly hiring rate starts at $22.60 per hour and is based on experience.
In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for incentives of up to 11.5% based on sales.
Insurance Agent Class C:
The starting annual base pay rate for this position is $67,725.
This position is eligible for commission pay based on sales.
