AAA-USA Inc is Hiring an Analyst, Material Planning and Control Near Las Vegas, NV

Position Summary:

AAA, United States, Inc. has partnered with a company in Stuart, Florida that is a leading global aerospace manufacturer that specializes in the design and production of aircraft, aerospace equipment, and systems. We are looking for experienced Analyst, Material Planning and Control who are seeking their next opportunity in a complex and ever-changing work environment!

The Analyst, Material Planning and Control is responsible for supply chain professional that can effectively plan, prepare, issue and control production schedules and material requirements to ensure a controlled flow of approved materials timed to meet production requirements.

Essential Functions:

  • Identfies raw material and component requirements for production from engineering and production specifications and schedules.
  • Coordinates material movement between warehouse and production areas.
  • Advises management of the status of work in progress, material availability, and potential production problems to ensure that personnel, equipment, materials, and services are provided as needed.
  • Schedules equipment and personnel.
  • Confirms material supply and demands.
  • Prepares work orders or purchase requests for production or purchase of components or parts based on a master production schedule, shop load, and inventory requirements.
  • Coordinates interdepartmental activity with Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Engineering, Inventory Control, Traffic and Contract Administration.
  • Schedules and expedites the movement of parts by means of move orders, stock transfers, and requests for shipping orders.
  • Analyzes inventory usage, scrap, and shrinkage and coordinates any appropriate action.
  • Assists Management in resolving problems concerning over shipments, shortages, engineering changes, and cancellation of orders.
  • Actively participates and collaborates with Integrated Product Team (IPT) to identify operational solutions and establish best practices.
  • Other duties assigned by Management

Requirements

  • English language proficiency – reading and writing.
  • High school or equivalent
  • 2 years’ experience in industrial Logistics
  • 2 to 3 years’ experience quality control
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Excellent attention to details
  • Must be a Team player
  • US Citizenship Required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $41,669.13 - $50,182.18 per year
