Seeking a Part Time employee for a Self-Storage Company in High Point, NC

Job Description:
Part-time employee will be expected to lease storage units to prospects and collect payments from tenants. Employee will open the store, walk the property and close the store daily. Daily duties will include, but are not limited to, leasing units, collecting payments, making phone calls to prospects and tenants, and performing light maintenance to property (office, property grounds, and storage units).

Requirements:
Must be able to pass a Background and Drug screening.
Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
Must work well in a team setting or independently
Must have Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
Must be willing to work one day of the week from 9:00am to 6pm, and on weekends & holidays. Can be discussed at time of interview.
Ability & willingness to perform light maintenance such as sweeping, mopping, wiping, cleaning windows and picking up trash on grounds

Educational Background and Work Experience:
High school diploma or GED required
Excellent oral and written communication skills (via phone, email or in person)
Strong computer skills such as typing, using various Microsoft Office programs (Word, Outlook, Excel)
General office skills (scanning, filing, mailing letters, answering phones, etc. . .)

Job Information:
Pay is $12.00 per hour
Scheduled up to 18 hours per week. Typical schedule would be Saturday 9am-5pm and most holidays. The remaining hours can be worked during the week. Additional hours may be available
