Branch Manager
Job Purpose: Maintains customer satisfaction, promotes the growth of the office,managing staff,
and the enforcement of company policy and procedures while insuring the profitability of the company.
Duties: Accomplishes customer service and human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting,
orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching,counseling, and disciplining employees. Also
communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring,appraising, and reviewing job contributions
while congruently planning and reviewing compensation and enforcing policies and procedures.
Achieves customer service objectives by contributing customer service information and recommendations,strategic plans and reviews, preparing and completing action plans, implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer service standards. Problem resolution,completing audits, identifying customer service trends, determining system improvements, and implementing change* are expected as well. A Manager meets customer service financial objectives by using approved, sound credit judgement techniques, requiring all necessary supporting documents, and conducting proper loan closings. Determines customer service requirements by maintaining contact with customers, insuring a friendly, professional environment in which to conduct business, performing problem resolution when required.*
Improves customer service quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes, establishing and communicating service metrics, monitoring and analyzing results, implementing changes.*
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, participating in professional organizations. Accomplishes information systems and organization mission by completing related results as needed. The inclusion of any legal activity that improves the profitability of the company.
