This position will offer Floating Support to our AAA Car Care locations across Abingdon, Glen Burnie and White Marsh, MD.

Floating Assistant Manager Responsibilities:

• Supervise and mentor Repair Technicians, ensuring skill-appropriate task assignments.
• Verify accurate and professional completion of vehicle repairs, adhering to industry standards.
• Ensure clear communication between Car Care Center and customers, maintaining repair accuracy.
• Oversee adherence to AAA Car Care policies and procedures.
• Conduct tests to verify repairs and manage accurate paperwork completion.
• Assist in hiring, evaluating, and developing Repair Technicians and Service Advisors as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements for Success:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Automotive Technology Degree or ASE Certification is a plus!).
• 4 years’ experience in the automotive repair industry.
• Valid driver’s license and eligibility to work in the USA.
• Ability to pass Pre-Employment Screenings (background check and drug screening).
