AAA Behavioral and Community Services LLC is Hiring a BCBA Board Certified Behavior Analyst Near Fort Lauderdale, FL

Duties:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans
- Implement behavior intervention plans and collect data on client progress
- Provide direct behavior analytic services to clients in various settings
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistency in treatment
- Train and supervise behavior technicians and other staff members
- Stay up-to-date with current research and best practices in the field of applied behavior analysis

Skills:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
- Experience conducting functional behavior assessments and developing behavior intervention plans
- Ability to collect and analyze data to make data-based decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients, families, and other professionals
- Strong leadership skills to train and supervise behavior technicians and staff members

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you will play a crucial role in providing effective behavior analytic services to clients. Your expertise in applied behavior analysis will help individuals with behavioral challenges improve their quality of life. You will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with clients, families, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Your skills in data collection and analysis will allow you to monitor client progress and make data-based decisions.
