EXPERIENCED PROPERTY MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
REQUIREMENTS:
1-CURRENTLY OR VERY RECENTLY WORKING AS A PROPERTY MAINTENANCE TECH WITH SKILLS SUCH AS PAINTING, POWER WASHING, SHRUB & TREE TRIMMING, PLANTING, MULCHING, EDGING.
2-PROPERTY MAINTENANCE SKILLS INCL PAINTING;
3-KNOWLEDGEABLE IN USE OF ALL POWER TOOLS USED IN THE TRADE;
4-HAS A CAR AND DRIVER LICENSE;
5-SPEAKS AND UNDERSTANDS ENGLISH
