Assist the Warehouse and Operations Team with daily operational tasks and warehouse needs. Handle, Manage and oversee the receiving, handling, storing, picking, packing, returns, time and attendance, shipping, cleaning, and distribution activities within the warehouse. Ensure completion of all warehouse operations assigned. Ensures timely and thorough execution of customer order fulfillment, returns and assist with Online Customer questions. Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Description:

- Ensures orders are printed, picked, packed, and shipped in accordance with designated cut-off times

-Ensures returns are processed and completed as scheduled

- Schedules delivery and distribution of products, parts, and accessories to achieve distribution objectives

- Inspect, count, organize and stock incoming shipments

- Ensure all stored material is organized and clearly identified

- Locate and move stock of products for storage and/ or fulfillment

- Generate and maintain various records and reports such as lost sales, error reports and production reports

- Ensure maintenance of equipment and a safe, clean environment

- Organize, count and replenish inventory

- Keep track of daily orders, returns, etc.

- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments

- Follow up on customer interactions

- Ability to work in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment

- Recommend changes in procedures to improve the operating efficiency

- Coordinates workloads with Managers

- Availability to assist with other areas of the working components in the business

- Maintain adequate records of inventory levels, shipment, proof of delivery, invoicing, and payment to resolve any discrepancies with clients with carriers, retailers, and distributors. Ensure data storage system, shipments and inventory transactions are accurate.

- Strategic thinking to identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and policies.

- Work closely with other departments to ensure all issues impacting operations are resolved.

- Must be available to work additional on Inventory days or other days of higher work demand.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to tolerate sustained standing/walking up to 10 to 12 hour shifts.
• Ability to carry, twist, push, pull products and lift up to 70 lbs.
• Ability to utilize good eye-hand coordination.
• Ability to bend, stand, walk, and squat during shift.
• Ability to work in hot and cold environment.

Required Experience, Skills, and Education:

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED and some college course work preferred.
• Must have a minimum of 2 years of warehouse/distribution experience to include supervision, product knowledge, developing budgets, safety management, developing processes, inventory control, reporting skills, data analysis, shipping, and billing.
• Must have experience working with hand tools (tape dispenser, box cutters, computer ordering system, printers).
• Must be able to lift to 70 lbs.
• Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office Products and quick learning of other systems including: Shopify, Gmail, ShipStation etc.
• Ability to work in office and warehouse environments.
• Ability to understand instructions, work processes, reason and make judgments, problem solve, plan, coordinate, execute, and direct own work while coping with a variety of duties and expectations.
• Ability to work with several specified deadlines and expectations related to the department.
• Ability to communicate clearly and distinctly (oral or written) with peers and supervisors.
• Good mathematical aptitude is required to make accurate numerical additions and subtractions.
• Ability to perform effectively under stressful conditions, prioritizing job duties.
• Ability to troubleshoot, problem solve, driving to root cause.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret customer orders, messages, concerns and requests.
• Must have the initiative and enterprise to tackle problems without supervision and develop creative solutions.
• Ability to complete all required safety and training courses.
• Must have good interaction skills, work respectfully with a diverse group and build synergy.
