A4 Oilfield Services is Hiring an Accounts Receivable Clerk Near Midland, TX

Job Description:

We are a leading company in the oil and gas service industry, seeking a detail-oriented

and reliable Accounts Receivable Administrator to join our team. This role is crucial for

maintaining the financial health of our company by ensuring accurate and timely

invoicing, managing invoice disputes, and tracking field tickets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and send out invoices to clients promptly.
  • Track and resolve invoice disputes in a timely and effective manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of field tickets and ensure they align with invoice amounts.
  • Collaborate with field and sales teams to ensure accurate billing information.
  • Utilize OpenInvoice and QuickBooks to manage accounts receivable processes efficiently.
  • Perform regular follow-ups with clients to ensure timely payments.
  • Prepare and provide financial reports related to accounts receivable.
  • Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in accounts receivable or a similar administrative role.
  • Strong familiarity with OpenInvoice and QuickBooks software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for dealing with clients and team members.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of the oil and gas industry is preferred but not required.
