Enterprise Print Operations Support Analyst / Project Coordinator

The major emphasis is on coordination of tasks. The job will require direct customer interaction and activity reporting.

Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Products. This position serves as a single point of contact and acts in a liaison capacity to facilitate problem resolution.

Determines and recommends which products or services best fit the customers' needs.

Maintains, analyzes and troubleshoots enterprise application printing devices.

Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.

Works under immediate supervision. Typically reports to a project leader or manager. Requires a bachelor’s degree in a technical field.

• Remote troubleshooting of software issues related to printing and faxing
• Performing Break / Fix (up to maintenance kits) tasks on application printing.
• Create and maintain support documentation.
• Manage Print and Fax related optimization projects. Conduct planning and rollout meetings, maintain project schedule / plans.
• Creating a Project and Communication Plan to optimize selected sites.
• Assisting with engineering of new print workflow solutions.
• Configure printers using company standard configuration
• Troubleshoot complex issues crossing multiple technical areas (Network, Servers, Print Devices, Applications)
