The activities this candidate will be taskedwith include

TESTSTRATEGY DEVELOPMENT :

Develop and implement a robust testing strategy encompassing allaspects of the modernization project

Create detailed test plans scripts andexecution plans to ensure comprehensive coverage of all featuresand functionalities.

AUTOMATION IMPLEMENTATION :

Design and implementautomated test plans to streamline testingprocesses.

UtilizeAzure DevOps for test automation ensuring alignment with projectobjectives and timelines.

COORDINATION

Coordinate with project managers developersand other stakeholders to align testing activities with overallproject goals.

QUALITYASSURANCE AND CONTROL :

Oversee all phases of testing to ensuresoftware quality and compliance withspecifications

Managedefect tracking and resolution processes to maintain high standardsof software reliability and performance

PERFORMANCE AND STRESSTESTING :

Plan andexecute performance and stress tests to evaluate system stabilityand scalability.

Maintaincomprehensive documentation of test cases results and metrics.

Regularly report ontesting progress challenges and outcomes to project stakeholders.

CONTINUOUSIMPROVEMENT

Continuously assess testing processes and tools for potentialimprovements.

Stayabreast of new testing methodologies and technologies to enhancetesting efficiency and effectiveness.

Specific Knowledge Skills andAbilities (KSAs)

The submitted candidate must be able to applycommon knowledge skills and abilities in the followingareas :

Bachelorsdegree in one of the following Management Information SystemsComputer Science or related field preferred

Extensive experience in Microsoft Azure DevOps

Experience andknowledge of Test Management principles methodologies andtools.

Organized witha natural inclination for planning strategy and executingtactics.

Familiaritywith project mgmt. approaches tools and phases of the projectlifecycle.

Experiencewith largescale modernization projects.
