Duties & responsibilities

• Sales Channel Management (Communication, OTD, Market research….)

• . Develop & perform; strategy, plan, implement product positioning and messaging that differentiates products in the B2B or B2C marketplace

• Monitor and benchmark product trends and develop sales tools to support selling process of the products

• Work closely with departments to establish and execute successful marketing programs to achieve Sales target & business objectiveness

• Establish and maintain product cycle

• Collect data on consumers, competitors, and marketplace, and consolidate information into actionable items, reports, and presentations

• Compile and analyze statistical data using modern and traditional methods or e-commerce if workable

• Manage overall marketing tasks including e-commerce market strategy

• Attend and participate in meetings when necessary and appropriate

• Performs other related duties and special projects as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in the fields of Sales, Marketing, Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or equivalent combination of education and experience required

• 5 years or more relevant work experience, food industry Preferred

• Bilingual in English and Korean Must

• Strong people and project management skills, ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple assignments from conception to completion on deadline and on budget

• Ability to work, network, communicate and motivate effectively at all levels within the organization as well as external parties

• Excellent presentation & interpersonal skills for Client or Executives

• Outstanding communication skills (Verbal and Written)

• computer skills (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, Photoshop, social media…)

• Necessary to travel occasionally

• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
