NOW HIRING full-time (FT) and part-time (PT) package delivery/pickup drivers for residential and business FedEx customers in the Lakeville, MN area out of the Shakopee, MN terminal. (Driving experience preferred but CDL NOT REQUIRED.)
Wages: Competitive daily rate of $180-$200 per day $1/stop over 150 stops. Drivers can earn up to $250/day plus $100 monthly bonus for FT drivers.
Schedule: Five-day FT schedules and flexible PT schedules available. Ability to work weekends a plus.

Responsibilities:
· Complete a minimum of 140 stops per day (depending on volume and time of year) in a timely manner
· Complete time-bound deliveries and pickups within established windows
· Operate vehicle safely and comply with local laws and company guidelines
· Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections of vehicle including tires, lights, fluid levels
· Work independently while supporting team
· Meet established safety and customer service goals
· Communicate regularly with managers and owners
· Utilize technology (including tablet and scanner) to successfully complete and track all deliveries
