We are currently looking for an experienced Inventory Control Specialist for our Vancouver, WA warehouse.
The successful candidate will meet the following requirements:
· Work full-time in our medical device warehouse.
· Be central to daily activity by contributing to various teams and executing required business functions.
· Have excellent communication and computer skills.
· Be a self-starter.
· Be able to multi-task.
· Hold a strong sense of ownership and commitment to your role on the team.
· Be able to lift up to 75 lbs. routinely.
· Have reliable transportation and provide proof of insurance. Candidates may occasionally be required to transport and/or collect inventory using your personal vehicle, for which you will be reimbursed.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
· Must be able to work independently and as part of a small, cohesive team.
· Transport/Collect inventory using personal vehicle (reimbursement provided).
· Provide expertise and general support to team by reviewing, investigating, and resolving all types of inventory and logistical issues.
· Manage complex schedules by recording schedule completions and cancellations.
· Maintain computerized records of inventory reservations and returns, including maintenance of office-based loaner kits and hospital-based consignment inventory.
· Assist in resolving routine customer problems.
· Prioritize and organize work to meet daily deadlines.
· Compile, sort, interpret and verify data to be entered into computer databases.
· Enter alpha and numeric data from source documents into a computer using SAP GUI platform and other web-based programs.
· Other duties as assigned.
This position reports to the Inventory Supervisor.
