We have a unique opportunity for a General Manager with experience turning ambitions into a reality! This position will be responsible for developing and implementing business strategies that increase and drive revenue streams, expand or refine service offerings, increase operational efficiencies within all departments, and increase employee performance and ultimately job efficiency. In executing strategy, our General Manager will provide clear and concise strategic leadership to its team, consistently monitor the success of the team and individual employees (with key performance measures), and roll up his or her sleeves when needed, ultimately, to drive revenue, profitability and scalable processes.

The following education, skills and experience are required for the General Manger role:

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent work experience in strategic leadership roles required
• 5 years of leadership experience, including experience achieving results through other leaders
• Experience developing and executing a strategic plan for an organization of $5 million
• Strong understanding of financial statements, cost drivers and impact on performance
• Experience building an organizational culture and development of strategies to support an outstanding work environment
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong problem solving and strategic planning skills
• Excellent communication, both written and verbal

Our General Manager will be driven and comfortable in a fast-paced, growing company where they will have the ability to map out the growth plan to our next annual marker. The key goals for this position include:

• Developing and executing strategies to achieve revenue growth each year
• Achieving margin and profitability goals with year over year increases in margins and net income
• Executing strategies to improve efficiencies of each service offering as well as with operation divisions
• Creating a positive team culture to drive a great work environment
• Leveraging data and metrics to monitor key operational drives and to drive the strategic plan for the organization
• Coaching, developing, and evaluation of the members of the team to achieve results and refine processes
• Defining and implementing processes to ensure a positive client experience

We offer a compensation package with significant earning potential and career growth opportunities. This includes an annual salary of $115,000 - $130,000. In addition, we offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, unlimited PTO and a 401k plan.
