We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Service Conversion Representative to play a pivotal role in our client engagement strategy. This vital position serves as the bridge between our clients and the internal team, ensuring the preparation and seamless transition of services. By working collaboratively with sales, customer service, and operations teams, you will be instrumental in managing service transitions, responding to client requests, and tailoring services to meet specific needs.

Your Responsibilities:

As a Service Conversion Representative, you will:

• Schedule and set up new service calls for sales representatives, ensuring efficiency and timeliness.
• Utilize Excel documents to accurately implement new service setups, adhering to high standards of accuracy and detail.
• Handle incoming requests for new service setups, offering responsive and customized support.
• Oversee and maintain service agreements, ensuring all contracts are accurately documented.
• Facilitate and coordinate service conversions and internal transitions, ensuring a seamless process.
• Directly interact with customers to fulfill their service conversion needs, enhancing customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with large management companies for urgent service requests, ensuring prompt and efficient handling.
• Provide dedicated relationship management for customers.
• Notify public safety agents of fumigation activities, adhering to safety and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to create and input new client setups, ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding experience.

Your Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you need:

• A High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of administrative experience in a professional office setting
• Proficiency in technology and Microsoft applications
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, coupled with a commitment to providing high standards of customer service.
• A keen eye for detail and robust problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with Miami Valley’s geography and locations.
• A collaborative team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
