THIS COMPANY IS BUILT FOR NURSE PRACTITIONERS BY NURSE PRACTITIONERS TO PROVIDE INCOME WHILE DELIVERING MAX FLEXIBILITY

• Patients can be visited anytime during the week- just tell how many patients you want to visit and on which days- we will handle the scheduling!
• $50 - $60 per patient visited depending on tenure and density
• One-day orientation is required to understand the system and how to document patient visits
• Logistical support and office support provided during all visits
• *All documentation for a patient visit needs to be turned in 3 days before payroll cut off

Experience:

Will consider training a Nurse Practitioner without home health experience

Home health experience as an RN if none as an NP: 1 year (Preferred)

House call / Homecare as an NP: 1 year (Preferred)

Nurse Practitioner: 1 year (Preferred)

Job Duties

• Deliver outstanding home visits to patients for acute and chronic disease evaluation and management.
• Assess and chart observations of the patient's condition at each visit
• Complete evaluation tasks, including reviewing medication and vital signs
• Dress or redress wounds and assess the healing progress
• Provide education to patients and families on proper home health care procedures and strategies
• Coordinate with physicians, physical therapists, occupational therapists and other individuals in the patient's care plan
• Recommend tools or devices that may improve the quality of life for the patient

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $65.00 per hour
