Your Role Involves:

• Building lasting relationships with clients, typically HR professionals and safety managers.
• Conducting accurate drug and alcohol tests in compliant settings, including direct observation tests (for same-sex candidates).
• Efficiently managing schedules, communications, and technology tools for coordinating testing times and locations.
• Upholding high standards of organization, attention to detail, and professionalism.
• Completing billing paperwork and adhering to training and job requirements.

What We Need From You:

• Flexibility for early mornings, late nights, and 2 weekends a month in our Salem office.
• A good driving record and the ability to handle long drives in various weather conditions.
• Physical capability to carry 35 lbs. and walk distances.
• Willingness to travel out of state, including overnight stays (5-7 nights a month).
• Strong communication skills, a personable yet firm demeanor, and a growth-oriented mindset.
• A valid driver's license, with a preference for candidates 25 or older (for car rental purposes).
• Ability to cover some "on-call" shifts that include premium pay above $22/hour.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
