A Toe Truck, a fast-paced towing company in Lake Havasu, is hiring a full-time logistics coordinator/dispatcher to work Friday-Monday. The ideal candidate must be primarily an excellent communicator and able to remain calm and composed, especially in stressful situations. You must be able to multitask as well as take the appropriate action with little supervision.

This is an in-person position. Night and weekend availability is required.

Dispatcher Responsibilities:

• Answer all incoming calls in a friendly, calm and professional manner
• Asses each call and determine the best and most efficient way to resolve the issue
• Communicate honestly, empathetically and effectively with drivers, law enforcement, customers, vendors and management
• Monitor the route and status of tow truck operators to coordinate and prioritize their schedule
• Enter data into computer software and maintain logs and records of calls, activities and other information
• Work collaboratively with other dispatchers and tow truck drivers to provide the most reasonable and efficient response to calls

Dispatcher Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as dispatcher or relevant position
• Customer service experience
• Computer proficient; experience with Beacon software a plus
• Fast typing with experience in data entry
• Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities
• Active listener with excellent communication skills
• Sound judgment and critical thinking skills
• Team player with positive attitude
• Good sense of direction with knowledge of the Colorado River Basin
• Must pass background check along with drug screening
