BENEFITS & PAY
We pay a competitive wage of $22-$35/hour based on key performance indicators (KPI). Our employees enjoy paid holidays, vacation, and their birthday off! We are currently building out a customizable benefits package packed with options.
We are looking for level two or three techs. Our level three HVAC technicians get 3 weeks of PTO after one year, and our level two techs get 2 weeks of PTO. No matter the level, you can count on a take-home company vehicle.

DAY-TO-DAY
As an HVAC Service Technician, you respond to service calls, perform diagnostics and inspections, and present clients with sensible options above and beyond the basic repair.
We are fair and honest with our customers which is why we don't push our HVAC technicians to be aggressive when it comes to sales. Our goal is to help our clients find the best solutions for their home comfort systems--not push them into unnecessary sales.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for an excellent communicator with the following qualifications:
- EPA certified
- Clean driver's license
